Steven Black has worked in North Carolina real estate since 1999, bringing more than 25 years of experience in residential sales, investment properties, rentals, renovation, and property management.

As founder and Broker-in-Charge of Down South Realty, Steven has represented buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Granville and Vance counties, with a focus on Oxford, Henderson, Creedmoor, and the surrounding communities.

During his earlier years with Down South Realty, Steven became a top-producing real estate agent in Granville County. His experience extends well beyond traditional home sales. As a real estate investor and property manager himself, he understands property values, renovations, rental operations, investment analysis, and the decisions property owners face long after closing.

After years of active sales production, Steven shifted his primary focus for a period while helping care for his mother. During that time, he remained active in real estate, investment property, and property management.

Today, Steven is once again actively serving buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners through Down South Realty — bringing decades of experience back to the Granville and Vance County market.
